With demand by modern manufacturing for improved quality control and positive measuring of machined workpieces, LINEAR ABRASIVE developed two systems that can be used independently or in a combined manner. In the first case, measurements are physically taken of each workpiece as it passes and the tendency is analysed. The grinding tool is automatically adjusted so that all workpieces are within the required pre-programmed tolerance.
